Board of Directors

In order to maintain the integrity of the organization and to ensure that all activities are in conjunction with its mandate, YAP operates under the direction of a devoted Board of Directors who volunteer their time and expertise to the success of this organization.

Keith Hosea – President
Owner, Telios Training Solutions

Thoughts on YAP: “Throughout my professional career I have been devoted to helping the youth of the Inland Empire. For the last 10 years I have had the opportunity to work directly with the prolific population of transition aged foster youth throughout San Bernardino County. My work with YAP has allowed me to reach beyond the scope of foster youth only to impact many other groups of youth in our community as well.”

Edward Brantley – Vice President
Kinship Care

Thoughts on YAP: “I’m pleased to say I have been a part of the Youth Action Project and its development for the past 5 years. I have watched the organization as it has become an example to other non-profits providing services for the greater good of the community. YAP is a program of excellence and proves to expand it’s scope in the services we provide each year. We do this through leadership training, youth development, educational enhancement, economic & community development which empower the communities we serve ‘One Youth at a Time’.”

Sherri Anderson – Secretary
Wells Fargo

Thoughts on YAP: “I have had the privilege of being part of this organization for the past year and truly believe in the mission and purpose.  There is a great need to increase focus on the education of at risk youth in San Bernardino county and to increase graduation and college enrollment rates.  I know that our youth are our future leaders and if we can increase education obtainment we will be securing a better future for our communities.  It is necessary to have organizations like YAP that are willing and dedicated to building a better educational foundation in the communities we serve.”
